Founder Of Monumental & Host Of The Privileged Man Podcast

"A healthy champion of men"

- Charlie, Property Developer, UK

About Pete

Pete Hunt began his career in real estate, working with JLL, Knight Frank, CBRE, and Bank of America, where he executed over $500 million in commercial property deals before the age of 30 in London and Hong Kong. He later raised over $16 million for private equity projects in Asia.

Despite his success, Pete felt a different calling and, in 2012, began exploring personal development. This journey led him to create Monumental, addressing the significant lack of networks for male business leaders to address their personal development (which impacts their professional lives so heavily).

Since then, he has facilitated over 500 meetings, including summits in the UK and Internationally.

Pete has been featured in The Sunday Times, The Independent, The Spectator, and The Week. Pete is also a meditation teacher and host of The Privileged Man Podcast, where he has spoken with guests such as Sir Andrew Strauss, Sir Steve Redgrave, Daniel Priestley, Simon Squibb, Kenton Cool and Tim Henman OBE.

Pete lives in Seaview on the Isle of Wight with his wife and two daughters.

The Privileged Man Podcast Host

The Privileged Man Podcast boasts guests like Sir Jeremy Hunt, Sir Steve Redgrave, Sir Andrew Strauss, Daniel Priestley, Simon Squibb and Tim Henman OBE.

This is not another business show. It’s a space where leaders from business, sport, politics, and beyond share what leadership really looks like, not just in the boardroom, but in their inner lives and at home.

Pete’s own journey took him from a high-flying real estate career in London, Hong Kong, and South East Asia into the world of personal development, after seeing firsthand how success can come with hidden costs.

He realised that many of the challenges men face, from balance to identity to wellbeing, are rarely spoken about, yet universally felt.

The Privileged Man Podcast brings those conversations into the open with empathy, curiosity, and respect, creating a rare space where accomplished men can share real stories of leadership, resilience, and growth.
